Charlotte Russe white polka dot v neck flounce romper dress

Super cute romper from Charlotte Russe with a deep v neckline and cinched waist with adjustable ties that can be tied in either front or back. Has a little skirt up top and shorts that peek out underneath. The back is entirely sheer with a zipper. Super flattering style, but I’m not much of a romper person so I never wore it. Size L, I’m usually a size large/ a 10/12 with a 34 ish inch waist and about 36 DD and it fits well. Really sad to give this one up, but I hope it goes to a good home! NWT only tried on never worn
