What size is it? Can you use it on the stove, oven and the freezer? What are the materials, tin, stainless steel?

It is a new custard pot made of tinned steel. It is also called a charlotte pan. The pan measures approximately 7" across without the heart handles. It is safe in the oven; however, I don't know if it is made for the stovetop or freezer. Thank you.
