Charlotte rousse dress (2 piece)

Pin stripe navy and white 2 piece body con dress. Very confusing to put on because of the way it folds but once you figure it out you will love this dress/skirt and top! Could even be paired with different tops and or bottoms for a completely different look. Worn once on cruise and never again! No evidence of stains or wear.
