Charming Charlie Flowy Dress

Super fun, playful dress from Charming Charlie. it's extremely flowy with extra fabric hanging down on the sides so it can be worn with or without a belt. It's a stunning blue paisley-esque pattern and very well made! I usually wear size 0-2 and this fits beautifully, but there's plenty of extra room so it could probably fit a size medium as well!
