Charming Charlie Flutter Dress

This airy, flowy, color block dress is perfect for any occasion in all four seasons! A cream-colored top is accompanied by a light Sedona-colored & navy accents on the bottom & back. This dress features pleated skirt, elastic waistband, sleeveless shoulders, is lined on the bottom half & has a keyhole cutout on the back. Unfortunately, I did lose the matching belt & it does not include it.
