Charming Charlie Hat

Charming Charlie Hat, brown felt, gold chain with leather ribbon woven through it. Perimeter of the hat is 15” with the interior circumference being 7”. It does have ribbon to tighten it around the head. Only worn a few times. There is slight dimpling on the top of the hat (see photos).
