Charming Charlie Hight Low Dress

Size small but I personally think it can fit anyone from a size small to large! Has elastic waistband so it stretches to fit your body type. Worn a few times, max 4- but not in love with hi-lo dresses, not my style. Has a black slip. White Jean Jacket NOT included, this is how I styled the dress- just to give example.
