Charming Charlie gingham flowy dress with long puff sleeves

Super cute spring/fall dress I wore it only a few times!! So in fantastic condition!! Has a slip under it so it’s no see through and has strings to make a bow at the neckline or wear it down!! (I did both!) There are also these cute little tassels at the end of the strings!! Size small!!
