Ombré inspired neck cowl scarf or top. Charming Charlie. Meant to be a necklace/scarf but I imagine it could be a neat midriff too top for the right fit person. If worn as a top- 5.5x15 with a tiny stretch. Fringe intact. Make an offer. Maybe worn as a necklace once.i haven’t tried it on as a top but laying over me it would fit - I’m a 34c/d medium so I’d imagine it’d fit that etc.
