Charming Charlie top

This unique Charming Charlie top is adorned with a pattern of tiny ruffles all over the front. The back is plain except for the ruffles that come over from the front and the zipper. It is 100% polyester and can be washed in the machine and tumbled dry. It was a gift that didn't fit and was never worn.
