Charming Passion Navy Blue Floral Maxi Dress - Lulus

Got an XL because the bust was unusually tight considering I don’t have much to fill in. Fits more like a large should be. THIS DRESS HAS BEEN ALTERED: the sleeves were originally off the shoulder but I had them altered to be more of a butterfly sleeve. No other alterations. 30$ for alterations which greatly improved the dress. Worn once to a wedding in Belgium! I imagine ELAINE from ACOTAR would wear this lol
