Charming Sky Blue Chiffon Draped Dress

This mini dress from Francesca's Collections has a beautiful drape and cut. The waist is elastic but is hidden slightly by the drape of the top. Neckline is a V with soft draping towards the middle as pictured. The dress is a touch small on me and will have a bit more drape on someone smaller. The back has a split opening, but still enough coverage for a normal bra! Wide at the shoulder/not really cap sleeve which slims the arms. Perfect for wedding season! Perfect condition, only worn twice.
