Charolotte Russe navy blue dress size medium

This dress was worn once or twice and is in like new condition. It has a simple plain front with an open back with a beautiful strap design. It’s made of a very soft spandex material and is very comfortable to wear. There are no rips or stains and the measurements are approximately 26” high waist and length from top to hem of 28”.
