Charter Club 3/4 sleeve v neck blouse size 2x

This was worn once for an interview.(I got the job btw! 🤣) It is in like new condition. Black with white polka dots, the neck is pleated at the shoulders which gives it some texture into a v neck. The sleeves are 3/4 length. Fabric is stretchy and cool. Machine washable.
