Charter Club Blouse

This fab black blouse with small white polka dots is a very flattering cut. If you look closely, the chest area on both sides of the buttons have 5 rows of pleats that give the shirt a great tuxedo feel. Best part is it’s 100% cotton. Enjoy this bad boy. I surely did. This shirt says 10, but is a true size small.
