Charter Club Candy-Stripe Button-Up Top

This reclaimed treasure 👑 is a Charter Club candy-stripe style button-up blouse. The buttons are striped and framed by a vintage ruffle design. I styled it with my tulle skirt and a tiny hat for a sort of a steampunk-Mary Poppins look. Size: 16W NWT* *The tags are still on the shirt but there does appear to be some fraying on the serged seam on the inside of the shirt but this should not affect wearability in any way.
