Pull-on and fully lined… these are so comfortable and perfect for holiday parties! Skinny/Straight leg. I am short (5’2) and wore them as a full length trouser. Measurements: Waist is approx. 16.5 inches, length is 37.5 from waistband to hem. They do have some stretch.
