What are the measurements of the waist? It looks much slimmer in the picture than an 18W I'm used to. :)

If you look at picture #5 you will see the skirt unfolded. In order to fit the skirt in a close up view I had to fold the sides in by an inch as I recall. All measurements are exact. It’s a very comfortable skirt.

You are not blind! Every listing has me detailing all measurements and I did so for this one as well (waist, length etc) bizarre that it is not here. I need to be gone most of the day today but I should be able to get back to this in 24 hours. My apologies.

Note I did not double the measurements all around the skirt, I laid the skirt down and measured from side to side for waist and hip measurements
