There’s a gray slip underneath to make the gauzy cheetah print outer skirt pop, and the outer skirt has ruffles along the bottom hem that really flutters when you move! There’s also a really unique crisscross seams on the back and front along the hips that really emphasize your waist! Found at a vintage shop. Size 6 but the fit is customizable; I wear size 0-2 and this skirt fits me at a perfect midrise, so it can fit a variety of sizes depending on how you want the waist to fit!
