Chartreuse and brown pleated dress

Pretty dress with brown straps and around the back of the neck. Brown strip around the hem. The waist has a stretch band in it so could likely fit between sizes 4-8. The rest of the dress is a pretty chartreuse color. This falls right at my knees (5'4" for reference). Worn twice- in perfect condition!
