Synthetic upper these have a thicker, sturdier heel. They have absolutely no Sign of any wear. There is one tiny little (see my photo) flaw in the cream section on the side of shoe. It is very, very small. I always am going to tell the buyer if there is any flaws or any other issues with what I am selling. Heel is approximately 2.75 inches.
