jamiefarnham542 @sacorbit sorry for the delay!!! I’d say small to medium. Like I am small-small usually but these work. I have thick thighs and a booty (but I’m short) these are long on me, but work with high heels. The stretch would allow room to fit a medium as well. The waist lying flat and cinched measured 13 in. When stretched tight I can get around 20 inches out of them. I’m like a 27-28 waist. :)
