pinkpiscesco @opry1 yes, the fabric is a stretchy material. I have a 36 inch waist and it fitted perfectly, along with the stretchy soft fabric.

opry1 I made an offer because I believe you when u sat it will fit 34 waist. I know uu are asking more but that is the best I can do. I am older and with the tummy the skirt is for a younger person....

opry1 Is that you in the pic of the skirt....because if i thought i would look that good the skirt would be already mine. Many times these skirts do not work for me and i give them away. I usually only buy CR body con that i know will fit my tummy.... i like the skirt. I want to give it a try.
