Chelsea 28- gorgeous wrap blouse. Never worn but only good condition since there is a small flaw in the front fabric- noticeable only close up. (See photo) I love this blouse but had a hard time styling it- was always unsure of the wrap with my body type. It is super flattering- color is gorgeous and the detailing in the fabric makes it it exceptional. The wrap style makes it an easy and secure fit.
