Chelsea 28 Tiered Dress

This is a three tiered dress by Chelsea 28. Pretty print and flows pretty with the light fabric. Round neck. The back has a hook and eye closure at the top but the top layer opens to a lower back -see picture. Very flattering and fun! Worn twice in excellent condition.
