Brand: Chelsea 28. Size 24. Like new and only worn once. Blue lace off the shoulder dress with pink slip underneath. Very pretty and comfortable dress. Paid $200 at Nordstrom last year. First 4 pics are from Nordstrom. I included the measurements that Nordstrom provided for their model size 18. This dress is size 24.
