This half sailor half chelsea collared pleated pink dress is loud and pround with it's green crowned swans. Completely handmade by Trashy Diva. It's polyester. Has a 9" zipper running down the right hand side. In the back is single flower button. Completely lined. No stains. No rips or tears. Recently been dry cleaned.
