Chelsea Crew Oren Blue Velvet Maryjane Heels Size 38

brand new in box Chelsea Crew blue velvet heels. I purchased these to wear to a wedding, but, alas! The coordinating dress didn't fit, and I had to switch to plan B last minute. These are still for sale on Chelsea Crew website for $95. The reviews on the site say they run small, but I didn't find them uncomfortable on my normally size 38 feet. The heel is 2.75 inches, and they have a buckle closure.
