Chelsea Jones Collection Vintage NOS NWT Blue Velvet High Waist MIDI Skirt USA

This skirt is very pretty! It has the size store tag as seen in pics but not the brand or price store tag. It could use a quick mend on the bottom of the zipper, as seen in last few pics the seam needs stitched back up a little where the zipper came unattached to the skirt in a small area. It has a few areas where the skirt velvet is a bit “crushed” due to storage, but that may pop back out with a good steam. Please see all photos they are part of the description.
