Chelsea Nights formal top and bottom

This is a white sheer blouse with black satin slim skirt. The skirt goes to the ground and is size 8. The blouse is sheer with wrap around tie to a bow in the front. The top is a size 10 but fits more like an 8. This is a beautiful outfit for a black tie wedding, prom or party. The classic black and white combination cannot be matched.
