Chelsea Nites‎ Black Beaded Evening Gown

This is a beautiful black evening dress by Chelsea Nites. It’s embellished in the front with sparkling black beads that are lightly scattered through the bottom of the dress. It has a shell lining with a flowy bottom. This is a slip on dress as it has no zipper or buttons. Please note that the beadings are in the front of the dress only.
