Chelsea Suite. Sz 16 Layered Black Topper Cardigan Hook Closure Short Sleeve. Shoulder to hem 19.5". Sleeve 7.5". Bust 22/44". Says it's part of a 2 pc set but I only have the top. Hook closure. I believe it's black but in some light it's brown. Machine wash. I am a retired buyer for a quality boutique. I use Downey and Bounce in my laundry.
