Chelsea & Violet Duster M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @morganh36. Was too small for me in the bust--I'm a little ample in that area--so I'm relisting it as a M. Beautiful print and nicely made--wish it fit! It's intended to wear open. I'd say it would look best on someone with a bust of around 38" or less.
