Chelsea & Violet Floral Dress

Very pretty Chelsea and Violet mid length dress with tassel ties on the back shoulder straps. Size XS, but can fit a S and M for a more snug fit. No tears or imperfections, worn 1-3 times and always hand washed. OBO
