Super pretty, size L french white boho style button down v-neck, belted, tiered maxi dress from the Chelsea & Violet brand sold at Dillard's. It is NWT, I've only tried it on a few times, but never ended up wearing it because it is a little too long in the torso on me as I'm only 5'2". It is 100% cotton and the fabric has this really subtle floral stripe texture/pattern to it and the lace trim detail is so pretty.
