✨Chelsea & Violet Gold Dress

My granddaughter didn't like it. Her tastes in clothes are changing. It's a beautiful, New! dress with tags, all over gold sequins, back button, V neckline and inner liner. Really beautiful! Measurements are Armpit-Armpit is 15"/Waist is 28"/Length is 30 1/2"/Chest is 25". I'd consider this an Extra Large in Preteen to a XSmall in Women's. It says girls on tag.
