This is a new with tags and box, red and white gingham off-the-shoulder top by Chelsea & Violet. It is size Juniors XL and made of 50% polyester and 50% rayon. The top has a gathered elastic waistband and features white tassel ties at the shoulders. The care instructions are hand wash cold with like colors, do not use bleach, line dry, and do not iron.
