Chelsea & Violet blue and white blouse

This top is by Chelsea and Theodore and it reads as a size small however I am listing it as a medium. It is larger than a small for sure. It fits more like a medium. In the picture I’m wearing it with a belt because it is so large on me. It has nice patterns and blue and white throughout the blouse and has voluminous sleeves that gather at the end. From seem to seem it measures 22 inches wide.
