Chelsea & Violet blue lace overlay dress

Beautiful dress from Chelsea and Violet. Nude lining with a lovely blue lace overlay. Fit and flare style. Sleeves are not fitted. Has tags, but has a defect on the side (see picture) this should be a problem for someone with sewing/zipper skills.
