Chelsea & Violet casual dress

I love this dress, and hate to let it go!! Chelsea & Violet size XS, never worn but without tags. This dress is super cute with cowboy boots for a more casual look, or some white or denim pumps to make a statement! Only flaw is the loop to button at the back of the neck is broken, but is a simple fix. Wanting to keep this, but I’m a bit too busty for this adorable dress!
