Chelsea & Violet maxi dress with cutouts and open back size XS

This dress is so pretty and ethereal. The fabric is very light and flowy and looks beautiful in any setting. Perfect for summer or the beach! The back strap is shirred so it can stretch to fit different shapes. When I wore it, I was a 32B in bra size and the cups fit over my strapless bra just fine. The entire top rim of the dress has a silicon grip lining to keep it from slipping down and it works really well in this dress.
