jtposhcloset620 @chantelscloset1 - Hi Chantel - I just updated the listing to include the 100% polyester content - the fabric itself does not stretch - however the dress is very forgiving as the top is blousey and it has an elastic waist. I stretched out the bust on the XS and it measured 19” flat. And it doesn’t have shoulder seams - it’s a racer back. Hope that helps.
