Chelsea & Violet swag sleeve tropical palm and parrot pattern maxi dress sz. XS

This dress is so fun and tropical! It is light and flowy and has an angled slit in the front. The ruffle around the top goes all the way around and extends around the arm as a swag sleeve. I wore this once to a tiki party and it is in perfect shape.
