Chelsea and Violet, ivory colored maxi dress. Size L fits like SMALL

This is a beautiful, Chelsea and Violet, Ivory colored maxi dress with elasticized empire waist. this dress is completely lined and very well made. It has beautiful crochet detailing. The dress has a size L tag but it fits like a SMALL! The waist measures 12" across but stretches out to 15". The pit to pit measurement is 18" and the full length of the dress is 55". It's made of a lightweight flowy, gauzy fabric, great for warm summer days and nights. It would look great with a pair of cowboy boots or a strappy sandal or even an espadrille style wedge. Also looks great with a jean jacket! This dress is in excellent used condition.
