Chelsea and Violet parrot blouse

Attention Parrotheads! Or island or cruise vacationers! A rare find!! Adorable Chelsea & Violet top (Dillard’s), ladies size M, with bright parrot print, and orange grograin trim at bottom and waist. Flattering empire waist cuts in just below the bust line, then flares out slightly at the bottom. Very small pleat, center below waist to hem. Sleeveless, w/collar and button down front top with a snap at the empire waist trim. Slight gathers w/elastic in back at empire waist. (See last pic) 100% cotton, hand wash recommended. No tags but never worn. From a pet free, smoke free home. Measured lying flat: 24 inches across at bottom 16 inches across at empire waist (measured lying flat, but elastic in back gives a little leeway here) 19-1/2 inches across at bust
