Chelsea midi dress in size XS

Bright red midi pleated dress with bow details on the shoulder by Chelsea in a size XS. Length is about calf length for me (5’10”) tall. In great condition, last picture shows a slight pulled thread across the front side- no major signs of wear or tear, worn once.
