Chelsea28 Cut-Out Sweater

Long sleeved cut-out sweater by Chelsea28. Features open stitching which will require an undershirt. Pullover style. Trendy back cut-out. No piling, but sweater material features a "fluffy" looking style (shown in photos). Soft 70% acrylic and 30% nylon blend. Very good, pre-owned condition.
