Chelsea28 V-neck, black/blue, sleeveless peplum top size large

Adorable double v-neck peplum top from Chelsea28. The fabric is bit heavy and warm for summer and probably pairs better with slacks, jeans, or a skirt with a jacket for the fall or early spring. Excellent condition. I removed the tags and tried it on but never wore it. it has been laundered.
