Chelsea28 floral halter neck maxi dress

Beautiful green floral maxi dress. I wore this once for a few hours at my baby shower. The band around the waist is elastic and very bump friendly. I wore at 35 weeks pregnant. Fully lined and breathable. New like condition no signs of wear. Loved the open back and the tie around the neck make it easy to adjust.
