Chelsea’s Corner Nautical Dress

Chelsea’s Corner navy blue and white striped cotton dress. Has small red bows on both sleeves and larger one with sequins on the waist. Has side pockets. Pre loved fair condition. Can be loved a few more seasons. Size 6 but I think 4-5T will fit better
